our mission

Creating a world where exceptional fertility care is accessible to all

OUR WHY

The fertility care system in the US is at its breaking point

According to a 2023 study conducted by ASRM

1 in 6 people face infertility

The U.S. has just 1,300 practicing Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialists (REIs)

Only ~40 REIs graduate each year

To truly serve everyone who needs fertility care, each REI would need to manage 1,600 treatment cycles per year. Today, they handle an average of 233.
the operational reality

Today’s infrastructure isn’t designed for the 7x in REI capacity needed to meet patient demand

Fertility care is bottlenecked in a handful of urban centers.
REIs are stretched thin, often pulled into tasks below their level of training. OB/GYNs—who already have the skills to help initiate fertility care—are sidelined by a lack of infrastructure. This leaves patients waiting months, repeating costly tests, or giving up entirely. For those over 35, even a six-month delay can significantly reduce the odds of a healthy birth.
why now

We have new tools to fight the growing fertility care access gap

Demand for fertility care is increasing faster than the workforce can expand, but AI is opening new horizons of possibility.
Without change, millions will remain shut out from the possibility of treatment, not because medicine can’t help them, but because the system can’t reach them in time. We’re living through a period of time that can open up massive transformations in the scale of treatment that can be delivered.

ON HER OWN PERSONAL IVF JOURNEY

"I kept thinking—what if I could have started this journey with the doctor who already knew me, my history, and my values? What if we could create a model where that trusted relationship remains at the center, while providing the specialized support both patients and providers need?”
