Carol Napoli

Carol A. Napoli has had a proven record of achievement since she started her sales career in 1980. Working predominantly with start-up companies/divisions she has demonstrated the ability to plan, organize, build and maintain long lasting relationships on a nationwide basis. She has recruited and managed hundreds of branches during her Branch Development tenure over the last twelve years.

Carol started her mortgage banking career in 1986 as the first Business Development Manager for Prudential Home Mortgage Company (PHMC).  She spearheaded and launched their “Mortgage Express” Program throughout the United States.  Once PHMC expanded and implemented regions, Carol was responsible for regional closings in excess of $300 million annually.  She has also worked for Directors Mortgage, spent several years in the sub-prime arena and had two years of self-employment before joining Ivy Mortgage in 1994 where she first learned the intricacies of the net branch concept.  During her 5 -year tenure as Vice President of Branch Development at First National Funding Corporation of America she was responsible for the implementation of its branch concept, created its Branch Orientation Program and managed three Regional Sales Managers and their 54 branches.

Carol had consulted for America First Financial to assist other licensed mortgage banking entities to develop branch networks.  Upon starting her own consulting firm she created and implemented a training platform for all newly recruited 1st Metropolitan Mortgage Co. branches, which resulted in an 80% reduction of their incoming call volume from new employees.

Carol is the founder of BranchCare Consultants, LLC, which specializes in training, sales, expansion and marketing services for branching companies.  BranchCare Consultants looks forward to assisting other mortgage firms in obtaining their needs and goals on an outsourcing basis.
